Hon. Gavino Meneses is currently a commissioner in the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC).

Before joining the NLRC, he was a senior partner of "Meneses Gonzalez & Gupit". His practice was centered on Labor and Corporate Law. He also assisted clients with Real Estate Transactions, Intellectual Property and Estate Planning.

Before joining the firm, Atty. Meneses was an associate at Sebastian Liganor Galinato & Tierra for many years. During that time, his practice involved Banking, Labor, Corporate and Securities Law. He assisted clients secure listing with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and secured SEC registration of the first time shares in the Philippines for Fairway and Bluewater Resort Golf and Country Club.

He obtained his Juris Doctor from Ateneo Law School and a degree in Commerce from De La Salle University.
