Justice Walter Ong is currently an associate justice in the Court of Appeals.

Before joining the judiciary, he was the managing partner of "ONG MENESES GONZALEZ & GUPIT". He is also the firm's founding partner. He assisted clients in a wide range of legal concerns including litigation, corporate law and intellectual property.

He secured a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting from De La Salle University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Ateneo Law School and passed the Bar in 1993. He also pursued Masters in Law from the University of Pennsylvania and passed the New York Bar in 1997.
